  • Owned and Operated The New Skin Holding Company trading as Village Leather (a retail/wholesale leather supplier) - this company then purchased Tatra Leather from the receivers of the original company

  • Restructured Abbott Laboratories (NZ) Ltd, including the closure of the New Zealand manufacturing facility and successful relocation of 120 staff to alternative employment as Director / Chief Executive

  • Led the restructuring of the Hospital division of ICI New Zealand Limited as Manager
